In the event of an audit, you may be asked to provide proof of search. EPStaffCheck has you covered for these exact instances. You are able to download your old reports from within the application by going to the EXCLUSION BATCH FILES tab. Once there, you will need to click on the Batch Reports button located at the bottom of the page. Within this section you will find every report that has been completed on your account beginning in 2015. Simply double-click on the batch report name and it will download the full .zip folder to your desktop. All reports prior to 2015 are stored in an encrypted server within the Valenz Assurance instance. To locate reports run before 2015, simply email us your username, date the file was run and — if known — the name of the batch file.
