EPStaffCheck: How do I manage Cleared Records? Follow
One of your most important time-saving tools in EPStaffCheck is your Cleared Records library. By marking results that are not true matches, you avoid checking the same results month after month! And by entering a quick note about why a potential match was not actually a match, you can easily answer auditor questions about your process – even years down the line. Accidentally clear a result? Simply remove the cleared record, and it will appear in your monthly searches again. Remember, you are only clearing a specific sanction for an exact name/DOB combination in your organization. The result may still show up for similarly named staff that you have not reviewed yet. And if the sanctioning agency updates key information in the record, we will automatically send these back to you for a secondary review.
